Within the US, we ship with either USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Please note that all US orders over $300 will be shipped with a signature requirement.

Shipping prices depend on the shipping type you use. When you check out you will be prompted for all pricing options.
It depends on where you are. Standard Shipping on Orders processed will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Times will vary if you've chosen special shipments, overnight, or large freight products. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.
Unfortunately for security reasons, at this time we do not ship outside of the United States. However, we may be able to arrange for a special order if you need an International Shipment. Please Contact Us if you have a specific product in mind. Check back occasionally as we adjust our policies moving forward.
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item.

Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.
If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
For security reasons, we cannot deliver products to locations that are not the same as the Billing Address provided along with the Credit Card. Please contact us if you have a special circumstance - we understand how us Nomads work.

It depends on the manufacturer and the product. At this time we do not provide customized products, but we'd be happy to try our best if you send us a note. Contact Us for further questions.
If you find a product that we offer but we are missing a size, please Contact Us to let us know you'd like to purchase it. Sometimes we don't display product variants but we have them available.

Currently, some product shipments are delayed and inventory has been affected due to mandatory Safer At Home Initiatives and closures of businesses during Covid-19 quarantine. Please feel free to contact us for questions about a product that may be displayed as out of stock.

As a result, we are experiencing processing delays up to several weeks, and it may also take several days for your issuer to post activity to your account.
