SHIPPING POLICIES

Return Policies: We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 14 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. 

Restrictions on Returns: Chemicals and cleaning agents may not be returned. Apparel may not have been worn, used, or washed, and must have all original tags and in original packaging. Electronics must be in original packaging without any damage, without broken seals. Any product that shows evidence of attempted installation will not be returned.

Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. All items must have been purchased from The Nomad Club and will be confirmed by receipt. We are unable to accept items that have not purchased through The Nomad Club online store. 

Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. 

Only after confirmation of acceptance from The Nomad Club will any funds be returned to customer.

Shipping Box: All products must be returned within original shipping box (“Brown box”). Return label may not be placed on product packaging.

“Free-Shipping” Policies: All products that qualify for free shipping will be sent with standard shipping timing and rates. Expect 5-7 business days for delivery.

Signature Required: Products over $300 will be sent with the requirement for signature at delivery.

Ship to Billing Address Only: Products will only be shipped to an address that matches billing address on file. Products will not be shipped to alternate mailing addresses.

Subject to Confirmation: Personal information provided during the sale that may be suspicious will be subject to confirmation prior to shipment. Failure to validate purchase, shipment location, and/or proof of identification is immediate grounds for transaction cancellation.

Defective Items: Defective items must be returned to the product manufacturer.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

Installation Policies: The Nomad Club does not provide installation for any items. Additionally, any product that was attempted to be installed and was subsequently returned will not be accepted. If product was sent back without approval, customer will be responsible for shipping costs, restocking fees, and/or damages to product.

Support: All product support should be sought directly from the product manufacturer.

Fraud: Any evidence of fraudulent activities through billing, identity theft, or elsewhere will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Sizes/ Colors / Options: Don’t see what you’re looking for? Sometimes our manufactures are running low on inventory so we don’t add those products. If there’s a color, size, or product you don’t see on our website then let us know. We’re happy to see if we can locate it and provide it to you for purchase.
